SEZ Badminton

On Tuesday 3 June, Somerville Intermediate School attended the SEZ Badminton competition held at Lloyd Elsmore, Pakuranga. The 8 students from both Years 7 and 8 representing Somerville were:
Jenny L. Alina L. Christina G. Serena Z. Vivaan M. Cuthbert C. Oscar C. and Leo C

At the end of the day, Somerville came away with third place in the girls’ singles, thanks to the efforts of Alina, third place in the boys’ doubles for Oscar and Leo, fourth place in the boys’ singles for Vivaan and fourth place in the girls’ singles for Jenny.

Our students were great ambassadors for both our school and the game of badminton, and we are proud of you all.
