SEZ Table Tennis

11 Somerville Intermediate students proudly represented the school at the SEZ Table Tennis Tournament, hosted by the Auckland Table Tennis Association at Farm Cove.

The tournament began with round-robin pool play, where students competed to earn one of the top two places in their group and qualify for the knockout rounds. Our players performed exceptionally well, with the majority finishing in the top two of their pools and progressing through to the elimination stages.

The competition became increasingly challenging as students battled through the knockout quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals. Our standout performances came from Terrence L, who claimed the Boys' Championship title, and Ahana G, who finished as runner-up in the Girls' Championship.

Congratulations to all our students on an excellent day of competition and for their outstanding representation of Somerville Intermediate.
