Girls

On Monday 15 June our girl’s hockey team went to the SEZ hockey tournament and performed outstandingly!

They started the day getting four straight wins before lunch. They then went on to have a 1-1 draw with Farm Cove Intermediate and another win after lunch.

After a hard fought day the girls just managed to clinch first place based on goal differential.

All of the girls who played should be extremely proud of their achievements and we now look forward to our next challenge at Auckland champs.

Boys

On 18 June, the SEZ Boys’ Hockey Team competed in six games and delivered an outstanding performance. The boys won four of their six matches, demonstrating great teamwork, determination, and skill throughout the day.

They represented our school with pride and showed excellent sportsmanship both on and off the field. Their efforts were rewarded with an impressive 3rd place overall finish.

Congratulations to all players on a fantastic season and a memorable tournament.
