School Athletics Day

While there were a few showers (and even a couple of ducks making their way across the track), the wet and cooler conditions didn’t dampen the spirits of our athletes. Students gave their best effort in every event, showing great determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the day.

A huge thank you goes to our wonderful parents who braved the wet weather to assist as timekeepers, field event measurers, and with the pack up at the end of the day. Your support makes a huge difference. 

We would also like to acknowledge our staff for their flexibility — both those who ran the events at the track and those who adapted plans back at school to accommodate students who were not competing.

It was a fantastic day out for our competitors, and we are proud of all who took part. Congratulations to our top four athletes in each event, listed below. The top three placegetters will go on to represent our school at the South Eastern Zone (SEZ) Athletics event on 18 November.
