CookieTime Cookie Fundraiser

7th August - 31st August 2026

Our school depends on raising funds locally in order to provide students with the high level of education they deserve. Our main fundraiser for the year is the selling of Cookie Time ‘Rookie Cookies’.

This fundraiser will commence on Friday 7th August and will run until Monday 31st August. Funds raised will go towards the purchase of digital equipment and resources to support our specialist classes.

We are committed to ensuring our students have all the learning opportunities they require, are digitally savvy and thrive in a technology rich world. We would love the support of our community in fundraising to achieve this. 

On Friday 7th August, every child will be given a large paper bag (bundle) containing 4 separate bags of Cookie Time cookies to sell (unless you choose to  ‘opt out’ - see below).  

Each bundle of Cookie Time Cookies contains 4 bags of individually wrapped cookies (20 in each bag), with a selling price of $22.00 per bag - a total per bundle (4 bags) of $88.00.

Each bundle (4 bags) of cookies raises $30 for the school. These four bags must be paid for via Kindo from 7th August.  All further bundles (4 bags) of cookies must be ordered and paid for via Kindo, before distribution.

Once issued, all four bags in the bundle must be sold. Part of a bundle cannot be returned.

We encourage you to help your child sell these bags of cookies to neighbours, family, friends, workmates etc. There will be lots of prizes to help motivate your child, including great weekly prize draws and substantial prizes for those who sell the largest quantity of bags of cookies. There's also a class pizza lunch up for grabs for the class with the most students participating, and whānau points to be awarded to all participants.

‘OPT OUT’ 
[I do not wish to receive a bundle (4 bags of cookies) to sell]

We realise that while everyone would like to support the school, sometimes the juggle of home, work, family and school life can be overwhelming. Therefore, we would like to give all parents the opportunity to support our fundraising efforts by making a voluntary contribution of $30 to the school instead. 

If you would prefer to make a contribution of $30 to the school, in lieu of your child bringing home 4 bags of cookies (1 bundle) on Friday 7th August, please do so via Kindo by Monday 3rd August. If you would prefer to ‘opt out’ of this fundraiser, without making a contribution, please do so via the
Kindo Shop (and complete the checkout process as a $0 value).

All those who opt out and make a contribution of $30, will automatically go into the weekly prize draws, along with the students selling the Cookie Time Cookies.
