Kiwi-athon / Knowledge-athon

A Kiwi-athon for Year 7 students and a Knowledge-athon for Year 8's, has been earmarked for Term 2.

This fundraiser will commence on Monday 12 May, when students will be given a booklet containing a letter, quiz sheet and sponsorship sheet. The Year 7 Kiwi-athon has a focus on interesting facts about New Zealand and the Year 8 Knowledge-athon focuses on global and international general knowledge and current events.

All money raised will go towards the purchase of sports equipment, which all the children will benefit from.

Students are asked to collect as many sponsors as they can and spend 5-10 minutes a day learning the 50 facts on the quiz sheet provided. On Thursday 29 May, all students will be tested on the 50 facts.

Once testing is complete, all sponsorship money will need to be paid via Kindo no later than Friday 13 June 2024.
