"I believe that high expectations, firm boundaries and a caring supportive learning classroom environment are essential to a classroom. Encouraging and building confidence in students and providing opportunities for students to work collaboratively with others. I also believe in including technology into the learning program, as this stimulates and motivates students which makes learning exciting, and all this happens at Somerville Intermediate School.
