Full details of visa and permit requirements, advice on rights to employment in New Zealand while studying, and reporting requirements are available through the New Zealand Immigration Service, and can be viewed on their website at http://www.immigration.govt.nz.

 Note:
It is the responsibility of the caregiver/agent to ensure that all documentation is completed to enable the child to attend school. 

The Education Act allows an international student to attend school for up to 28 consecutive days while the visa is being processed.  After this time, the student will not be able to continue attending school until the student visa has been granted, sighted and photocopied by our school office. 

This will be the international student’s official enrolment date.  In cases where the appropriate documentation has not been organised within the 28 day period, and a child is unable to attend school, no refund will be given.
