Refund conditions
Requests for refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks in advance. Included in the total fee is an administration fee of $300.00 which is non-refundable. The Government levy stipulated above is non-refundable.
For a full year enrolment, where a student leaves the school on or before the last day of the second term, they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the annual fee and the balance of the year’s activity fee.
For a 6 month enrolment, where a student leaves the school on or before the end of the first term of their enrolment, they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the 6 monthly fee and a refund of any remaining activity fee.
There will be no refund given for one term enrolments.
In the case of full year enrolments, when permanent residency is obtained on or prior to the last day of the second term, 50% of the annual fee may be refunded. Where the student remains at the school as a domestic student, the school will retain the activity fee portion of school fees. Where a student ceases to be an international student
during the year, their continued enrolment in the school will be reliant on them living within the school zone.
The Year 7 camp fee is not refundable where a student leaves the school within one month of the camp date.
If students leave the school or gain residency after the last day of the second term, no refunds will be given except for the balance of the activity fee.
